The Firm was established to provide quality Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and Surveying Services for a wide variety of Projects in both the Public and Private Sector. Through the use of fully automated Computer Aided Design and Drafting, Gay and Neel, Inc.'s experienced Design Professionals are able to produce a professional product in a timely, cost effective manner.
